Participants who are interested in presenting an oral or poster presentation during the XIIth Congress of International Association for History of Nephrology are invited to submit an abstract.
The abstract submission deadline expires on April 30, 2022.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee members and will be graded based on the peer review response and then accepted as oral or poster presentations. The status of the abstracts will be notified to the corresponding authors by May 15 - June 01, 2022.
The approved abstracts will be published in Congress Booklet.
* Selected presentations will be published as articles in the Supplement of the Journal of Experimental and Clinical Transplantation.
Guidelines for submission
All abstracts must be written in English and the abstract text should not exceed 300 words.
The abstracts must represent original works and the structure of the abstract should be ordered as follows:
-Objectives;
-Methods;
-Results;
-Conclusions.
Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman format, 12 punto, single-spaced, and left-aligned.
The name, surname, and institutions of all authors and presenting authors should be indicated.
Confirmation of submission, notification of acceptance or rejection, and instructions for presentation will only be sent to the presenting author. She/he will be responsible for giving the presentation for the accepted abstract and is required to register for the congress.
Other submission methods (mail, e-mail, etc.) will not be accepted.
Withdrawal and/or Changes of Approved Abstract
If you need to make a change to your approved abstract please send an e-mail to "historyofnephrology@gmail.com" before June 5, 2022, including your abstract title and author (s). Such abstracts will firstly be changed as a draft and the author would need to approve it again after the edition of the text.
