Services included in the participation fee: Symposium registration, presentation, lunch during the symposium, coffee breaks.
- The presentation is made by the owner of the paper.
- At the end of the congress, "Congress Participation Certificate" is presented to those who pay the participation fee.
- For co-authored studies, each participant who will make a presentation at the symposium must pay a registration fee.
- The participation fee for the activities not included in the registration fee is as follows;
- Opening cocktail: 30 Euro
- Gala dinner: 40 Euro

Participation fees of those who make payment but whose abstracts are not accepted by the committees will be reimbursed to the account of the related person without any deduction after the announcement of the acceptance list.
